Tyler C. Vanderpool

Tyler C. Vanderpool is Of Counsel at The Yagoubzadeh Law Firm, where he represents clients in catastrophic personal injury cases from intake through trial. Since joining the firm in 2022, Tyler has helped recover over $40 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of individuals harmed in motor vehicle accidents, unsafe premises, and cases involving serious misconduct or negligence.

Tyler earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011. He is licensed to practice in California and admitted to the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California. He holds additional degrees from Arkansas State University, including a Master’s in Communication Studies and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication Studies and Philosophy.

With over a decade of experience in litigation, Tyler is known for his strategic approach to complex cases. Before joining the firm, he spent over eight years at Rosen Saba, LLP, where he handled a wide range of civil litigation matters. Earlier in his career, Tyler worked at SAG-AFTRA, where he recovered more than $7 million in residuals for performers in the entertainment industry.

Tyler has a long history of delivering strong results for injured clients, including a $25.6 million jury verdict in a pedestrian injury case—ranked as the largest personal injury verdict in California in 2020. He has secured multiple seven-figure settlements, including for victims of medical malpractice, workplace retaliation, and hazardous property conditions. His ability to defeat dispositive motions and navigate high-stakes negotiations has earned him a reputation as a skilled and resourceful advocate.

His work has earned recognition from across the legal community. Tyler has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Starannually since 2019 and was selected as one of Super Lawyers’ Up-And-Coming 100 in 2022 and 2023.
